Yeah the email I received says while reviewing your application, we noticed that your account information .arches a currently approved adsense account associated with my (old deleted unrecoverable gmail) since our adsense program policies do not permit multiple accounts, we're unable to accept your new application at this time.Yes ma'am I've tried every way it keeps wanting me to either sign into adsense with my (old deleted unrecoverable gmail) or adding my new gmail account to my old account if I have my administration access. Which goes back to logging in to adsense with my (old deleted unrecoverable gmail acc). Its just a circle of misery.

David “RedBluePawnsYou” Anderson+010 Reply Ok thank you for giving me a second. So the problem.. i (deleted) my gmail acc that was linked to adsense and youtube because I want to make a new name that was associated with what I was going to do on my channel.So I make my new gmail account make my verified youtube and then I move to adsense, but it tells me I cant add my new account because it has the same info as the old gmail account I (deleted).I've been searching for a fix, but I keep seeing the same problem,  but no answer even on the adsense help page/forums.
